Tremendous Knowledge from BetterTrades
"After spending almost 20 years in the Broadcast Media Group of a major investment bank,
Bear Stearns, I was let go in June of 2007. It turned out to be a blessing because I saw
a BetterTrades infomercial and attended the free seminar. For the first time in my life,
I had some money to invest and I knew I didn't want to get back into a regular 9-5 job and
so, I took the plunge and paid for the Market Essentials program. I actually did
NOT follow all the rules that I learned in Market Essentials and lost money. I
believe my story is most compelling because I now know that BetterTrades does want to keep
new traders as safe as possible. I also know that a new trader is chomping at the bit to
do funded trades.
I learned a lot about the psychology of trading. But I am still working on mastering stops.
Markay Latimer and Darlene Nelson have been the most positive influences on my trading. After
taking those losses, my own fault for being too greedy, I followed Darlene's 40 Cents to
Financial Freedom and made a series of small yet successful trades to overcome my
inability to pull the trigger again.
I attended Markay's Technically Speaking workshop and thought I was ready. But I
did not follow her rules closely enough, and plan to repeat this seminar. BetterTrades wants
new traders to be as safe as possible but you MUST follow the rules. I can also attest to the
incredible support when calling into BetterTrades. I can preach the gospel about Real
Time Markets! When you want to get in or out, Real Time Markets is the best
platform I've seen or used. I will swear to that!"

A Chance Encounter with BetterTrades
"I have been with Better Trades for 9 months. Its been an interresting ride. I had never been
interrested in stocks. I was just there with my husband, who is a financial planner. I worked
for the State of Ohio for years and had recently retired. My first class was Market Essentials,
which introduced me to Better Trades. The graphs facinated me and that facination urged me to
join the Better Trades family. With no previous experience in the stock market, I began my
journey.
Freddie's DVDs were very informational. They were down to earth and in terms that I could
easily understand. This encouraged me to keep going; I could do this and be successful.
I listened to and studied the tutorials nightly. I purchased The Dedicated Trader and
Extreme Charts to learn to use the graphs and find what companies I wanted to trade.
I then started listening to trader talk. These gave me the courage and information to start
doing unfunded trades. After numerous unfunded trades, I got my confidence up and tried my
first funded trade. Like Freddie said, you never forget your first trade. I made a total of
four errors and lost in my trade, but the good news is that I not only learned my lesson, but
I got out without a big loss because of following Darlene Nelson's rules. Darlene is so
inspirational in her videos that I had to meet her in person. I looked on Better Trades and
found that she was teaching Leaps in Las Vegas the next week. I booked a plane and
was ready for some Darlene scare tactics. Money well spent! Darlene was wonderful. She inspired
me to keep going and keep learning. Darlene taught me to list my trade errors and learn what
I did wrong. I am happy to say I have never repeated the same eror.
I am writing to let you know that the "little man" can be successful with Better Trades. I
started out with only a few thousand dollars to invest. I am only doing one contract at a time
per company. I always thought you had to be well educated and good at math to be successful in
the stock market. I have been proven wrong. Better Trades has given me the tools to be successful
at something I never dreamed I could be successful at. I want people to know its okay to only
earn 10, 30, 60 dollars on a trade. Its a profit. Keep going."

From Wishing Rocks to BetterTrades
"It all began at the "Wishing Rocks" in Aruba... I was there on my honeymoon last October.
My life was almost everything that I had always dreamed of. But things had changed - I moved
to a new location. As an Independent Sales Director with a large cosmetics company, I moved
away from my consultants and my customers. Our children are grown up and Jim and I wanted to
have time together. I considered a career change that would give me the flexibility to take
care of our home and travel for fun and go along with my husband on his business trips.
Back to the wishing rocks. At the California Light House in Aruba, a Dutch gentleman recommended
that we rent a jeep; enter several miles into the bowels of the island and gather rocks. Those
rocks, when piled atop each other were magical. We were instructed to make a wish and the
spriritual elements would grant our wishes. I had dabbled; and lost in the stock market for a
couple of years but was almost obsessed with the process and wanted to do more & MUCH BETTER.
My wish or prayer, was that I would be guided in the proper direction so that I could pursue
my stock market interests to a point where it would become my career. One day, just one, after
returning from our honeymoon, I saw the BETTER TRADES commercial on TV. I saw it several times
that Sunday and ignored it until the third time. Then I realized that this could be my boat;
the one that was meant to save me. I made the call to attend the Preview event which was held
minutes away from my home on the following day. Yes, I signed up! To date I have taken three
Market Essentials classes, all with Rob Roy; purchased all of the recommended programs,
attended a Traders Forge with Ryan Litchfield; taken an online Grand Slam Trading
class with Darlene Nelson Powell. I love them all but more importantly, I am really starting to
get it! I enjoy Bob Eldridge's morning trading classes; Markay Latimer in a single Bollinger Band
class has made her mark. What impresses me most is the quality of the teachers and staff. I really
like the people. Since I work full-time, I could only study part-time but am certain that anyone
can do this with the right attitude and stick-to-it-tiveness because the classes, workshops and
tools which are readily available are outstanding. This week was my second real money trading
week and I profited 20% of my investment; not bad for a week of play. I will continue to virtual
and real money trade, as well as take whatever training I can work into my schedule. I am becoming
a whiz at chart reading and my goal is to become excellent at trading and to retire from my
management position at the end of this year. Better Trades - you changed my world."
